That request will come through to our staff

Our staff will review your request and find suitable matches for the position and your business needs

You must have a reasonable prospect of employment following the trial.
STEP 2 - TRIAL
Trial a young person (internship)

During the trial, you don't pay the young person. Instead, the Australian Government gives them $200 a fortnight on top of their income support and covers their insurance.

You must maintain a safe work environment and provide the young person with appropriate supervision and instruction throughout the trial.
STEP 3 - HIRE
Get assistance to Employ

If the young person is the right fit for your business and you would like to hire them, you may be eligible for a financial incentive, (known as a wage subsidy) of up to $10,000

Our staff will assist and guide you through the process of hiring the young person through their provider

If you find they are not the right fit, talk to our staff before starting a new trial
